Dove Ridge Winery is a new Boutique Winery located on 5 acres in beautiful and scenic Weatherford, Texas.  Because of our location adjacent to Dove Ridge Vineyard and Event Center, Dove Ridge Winery is uniquely positioned adjacent to the vineyard scenery and lively atmosphere of Dove Ridge.  We produce various varieties of wine, including Tempranillo, Marsanne, Petite Sirah, Vermentino and Sangiovese under our own private label.  Our three owners, Patricia 'Patti' Bush, Ronald 'Joey' Benefiel, and Janan Benefiel all bring their extensive business backgrounds and experience to the team. Our team has educated in local grape production, attended grape and wine educational conferences and met with winemakers across the state preparing for a successful entry in the dynamic Texas winemaking community.
